About this file

This is a Seller Software Program Checklist document provided by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist outlines the procedural requirements for software vendors responding to the City's AutoCAD software procurement opportunity in Pennsylvania. The document does not specify quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, or contract term details, as it functions primarily as an instructional guide for completing the submission process rather than as a solicitation document with substantive procurement parameters.

The checklist establishes a twelve-step submission process that requires vendors to confirm their seller role, answer mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, submit unit costs and any applicable discounts for listed items, and upload required attachments through the PHLContracts system. Notably, the checklist indicates that the Local Business Entity (LBE) Program does not apply to this software procurement, though vendors must respond to the LBE certification question to proceed. All software purchases will be awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise stated, and vendors may be required to submit product literature upon request. The document emphasizes that validation warnings must be addressed and cleared before quote submission can be finalized.
