About this file

This document is a Seller Software Program Checklist provided by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts portal for vendors submitting quotes on software purchases. The checklist outlines the required steps for completing and submitting a software bid response, organized across multiple tabs within the online submission system. Vendors must progress through ten steps including completing the General Tab (confirming Local Business Entity status, though this does not apply to the Software Program), Items Tab (entering unit costs and discounts for listed items), Questions Tab (answering all mandatory questions), Terms & Conditions Tab (accepting bid terms and downloading required attachments), Attachments Tab (uploading relevant documentation), and Summary Tab (reviewing and submitting the quote). The process requires vendors to address all validation messages and ensure complete responses across all required fields before final submission.

According to the related contract opportunity for Veoci software, the City of Philadelphia intends to award software purchases to its current vendors unless otherwise specified in Section A of the solicitation. Vendors are required to submit product literature at the City's request as part of the evaluation process. The checklist emphasizes the importance of saving progress regularly throughout the submission process and completing all mandatory requirements to avoid rejection of incomplete bids.
