About this file
This document is a seller checklist for software program submissions in the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist provides step-by-step instructions for vendors responding to the FY26 JAMF for Macs & Services contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. Vendors must complete all required tabs including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections before submitting their quotes. The software procurement process requires vendors to enter unit costs and any applicable discounts for listed items, answer all mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and upload any supporting documentation through the platform.
The checklist emphasizes that vendors must maintain the Seller role (rather than Seller Admin role) throughout the submission process and must answer all questions, including the Local Business Entity certification question, even though the LBE Program does not apply to the Software Program. All software purchases will be awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise specified. Vendors are instructed to download and review all attachments listed under the Terms & Conditions tab and address any red validation warnings before final submission through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov. The document serves as a procedural guide to ensure complete and compliant bid submissions for Philadelphia's software procurement activities.
