About this file
This is a seller checklist for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department's Office Automation Program, providing step-by-step guidance for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts portal. The checklist outlines a 15-step process for completing and submitting bids, beginning with verification of seller role and proceeding through general information, item pricing, mandatory questions, terms and conditions review, attachments, and final submission. The related contract opportunity involves a Heavy-Duty Projector Ceiling Mount with 29.3 to 45.1 inch extension capability for the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
All deliveries must be inside deliveries to a loading dock within the city, and vendors are required to provide costs for installation and configuration services unless otherwise directed by the city. Vendors must be prepared to submit product literature upon request from the city. The checklist requires vendors to indicate unit costs and optional discounts for each item, answer all mandatory questions, review and accept the Office Automation Form requirements, and address any validation warnings before final submission. No specific response dates, award timelines, or contract renewal terms are provided in the checklist document itself.
