Seller Checklist for Photography Micro Purchase - City of Pennsylvania

This is a Seller Checklist document for a micro purchase photography contract opportunity with the City of Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines the requirements and procedures that sellers must follow to submit a responsive bid for this procurement. The opportunity will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All items must be quoted by prospective vendors to achieve eligibility for award consideration. Sellers are explicitly instructed not to deliver services or products until receiving formal notification from the purchasing department.

The checklist establishes mandatory compliance standards for interested bidders, likely including documentation requirements, submission formatting, insurance and licensing verification, and other administrative prerequisites necessary for bid acceptance. As a micro purchase, this procurement is subject to simplified acquisition procedures and threshold requirements. Bidders should review all checklist items carefully to ensure complete compliance with submission requirements, as failure to meet any specified criterion may result in bid rejection regardless of pricing or qualifications.
