INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUCEMENT

John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Center) Security and Emergency Technician Services 33310521R0005 June 11, 2021

The purpose of this posting is to announce the scheduling of an Industry Day for the Security and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) solicitation, which will provide information on the next steps for the procurement process. The Center anticipates the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Security and EMT services in the near future. This Industry Day session will be held on Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 at 10:00AM at the Center, 2700 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20566. Recommend that participants arrive no later than 9:30AM to check-in through Level A Parking Garage (Motor Lobby).

For planning purposes, attendance at Industry Day will be limited to no more than two representatives per entity, and pre-registration will be required – if you plan to attend, you must submit a written request to the Center via email at (DMeyers@kennedy-center.org and DBurnett@kennedy-center.org) – by 2PM (EDT) on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. In your RSVP, please include company name, individual first and last name, and citizenship.

Due to space limitations, attendance will be on a first come first served basis (up to 150 individuals). A valid driver’s license or other Government issued form of identification will be needed for the check-in process.

Attendance at this Industry Day is not mandatory in order to respond to the Security and EMT Request for Proposal (RFP) - material presented at the session will be provided as an amendment to this announcement as well addressed at the Industry Day.
