STATEMENT OF WORK

MODIFY “SECTIONAL PUSHER”

1. INTRODUCTION: The NH Air National Guard owns a 2009 NEW HOLLAND W190B Loader. A procurement of a sectional snow pusher attachment and female blank adapter is needed. Subsequently, welding of said blank adapter to said sectional snow pusher attachment. This will allow the Government to install the coupler/pusher on our existing equipment.

2. Background: The Civil Engineer Squadron has a 2009 NEW HOLLAND W190B loader, which is used during snow operations. The current snow pusher attachment is past its lifecycle, wear shoes have to be custom fabricated, and an upgrade of capability is in order.

3. Scope: The scope of this contract will to have a sectional pusher procured along with a ACS female blank adapter so that at the end, it will be able to be connected to the 2009 NEW HOLLAND W190B loader in order to be used for snow removal.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1 The new blank adapter attached to the sectional pusher will be the standard New Holland coupler that the the ANG’s loader currently has.

4.1.1 The sectional snow pusher is required to have carbide cutting edges installed

4.1.2 The end use loader is a 2009 NEW HOLLAND W190B.

4.1.3 The female blank adapter required is an ACS type model

5. Deliverables

5.1 The work described in #3 will need to be done within 60 days of contract award:

6. GOVERNMENT SUPPLIED RESOURCES. The Air National Guard will not supply any.

7. Place of Performance: The work will be performed at the contractor’s workplace.

8. Period of Performance: POP will be within 60 days of contract award. The contract will be considered fulfilled once the ANG has the pusher in their possession and has done a full function check.
