About this file

This document outlines a contractor certification regarding immigration and nationality act requirements for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor certification requires compliance with immigration laws enforced by Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Department of Labor for foreign nationals working under the contract. Specifically, the contractor shall not knowingly employ or contract with illegal aliens or foreign nationals who are in violation of their admission status. The contractor must also comply with E-Verify requirements and related federal acquisition regulations. Failure to comply with these immigration requirements may result in termination of the contract for breach. Additionally, the related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for a contracted community based outpatient clinic located in Copperas Cove, Texas to provide primary care services for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System. The solicitation will be set aside for service-disabled veteran owned small businesses.
