Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Statement of Compliance
LIMITATION ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT
The OEM represents that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, it is in compliance with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020, located within the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (P.L. 116-94) which prohibits the acquisition of certain telecommunications equipment as well as high-impact or moderate-impact information systems, as defined for security categorization in the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) Federal Information Processing Standard Publication I99, "Standards for Security Categorization of Federal Information and Information Systems”.
