About this file
This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) advertisement issued by a Michigan K-12 school district for the construction of a New Student Activity Center. The project involves the design and construction of a new facility to serve student activities and related programming. The advertisement solicits competitive bids from qualified contractors to deliver the complete construction project. Specific details regarding project scope, timeline milestones, site visit opportunities, pre-bid meetings or conferences, bid submission deadlines, and contract award dates should be referenced within the full IFB documents. The contract term and any associated renewal or extension options are contingent upon project completion schedules and performance requirements as defined in the complete bid package.
Pricing and financial terms, including any set-asides for minority, women-owned, or small business enterprises, are established within the detailed bid specifications. The funding source and total project budget allocation should be detailed in the supporting financial documents and exhibits included with the IFB. Additional requirements regarding bonding, insurance, prevailing wage compliance, and other contractual obligations are outlined in the standard contract clauses and conditions of the bid package.
