About this file
This document is an Application Checklist for the FY 2024 Socially-Disadvantaged Groups Grant (SDGG) program, a $3,000,000 competitive grant opportunity administered by the USDA Rural Business-Cooperative Service. Eligible applicants include cooperatives, groups of cooperatives, and cooperative development centers. The checklist outlines the required forms, narratives, and supporting documents that must be submitted, including the SF-424, SF-424A, project eligibility details, and scoring criteria. Applicants can also earn additional discretionary points for never having received an SDGG award or for addressing key administration priorities. The checklist provides links to the required federal forms available on Grants.gov and references the SDGG Notice of Solicitation of Applications for further details on the grant program and its purpose of providing technical assistance to socially-disadvantaged groups in rural areas.
