About this file
The document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) for Occupational Therapy Services at the Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton. The solicitation, numbered SDA359-25MSD01, seeks providers to deliver physical therapy services tailored to individual students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), with services to be dynamically adjusted based on each student's progress and needs. The solicitation opens on June 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM GMT and closes on June 21, 2024, at 7:00 PM GMT, with vendors required to submit electronic responses through the MissouriBUYS system. The contract will be executed with Net 45 Days payment terms and Free On Board Destination delivery specifications.
The solicitation is open to all vendors capable of providing flexible, student-centered occupational therapy services and does not specify any set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise requirements. No estimated total contract value is provided, and the scope of services will be determined by the evolving educational needs of the students. The primary contact for the solicitation is Karson Bennett at the DESE office in Jefferson City. The dynamic nature of the services suggests that compensation and service requirements will fluctuate based on individual student enrollment, progress, and specific therapeutic needs throughout the school year.
