VENTILATION FOR IV. GRAMMAR SCHOOL „MARKO MARULIĆ“ AND V. GRAMMAR

SCHOOL „VLADIMIR NADZOR“

The master design of mechanical thermo-technical installations for the installation of heat pumps with appertaining internal units must be made according to the Rules on simple and other buildings and works (OG 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19 and 31/20) for Highs Schools - IV. and V. Grammar School in Split. Construction-architectural basis (drawings) shall be provided by the Contractor.

For the purpose of execution - deliver to the place of insertion, install and commission the system of central heat pumps for heating and cooling of all premises ( classrooms, offices, library, admission office, meeting halls, laboratories), and for the sports hall - provide d the system of ventilation with heat recovery function tz= - 4°C project temperature (winter) ζ = 88 % relative humidity (winter) tz= 34°C project temperature (summer) ζ = 46 % relative humidity (summer) The installed system of heat pump must fulfil the requirements prescribed by Croatian national educational standards for high school education and training (OG 63/2008, OG 90/2010) Internal project parameters (internal temperatures) in heated premises:

Name of the premise Temperature Rel.humidity(

Classrooms 20°C / Laboratories 18 - 20°C / Offices 20°C / Admission office 20°C / Library 20°C / Dressing rooms 20 - 22°C / Hall 16 - 18°C / Corridor 18°C / Sanitary facilities 18°C / Storages 10°C /

Internal project parameters (internal temperatures) in cooled (air-conditioned ) areas:

Name of the premise Temperature Rel.humidity

Classrooms 26°C / Laboratories 26°C / Offices 26°C / Admission office 25°C /

Provide for PVRT system of heat pump, which must operate autonomously and independently from existing heating system.

The system must be equipped with all most advanced management systems, in order to fulfil the highest energy efficiency standards, like possibility to change temperature of the evaporation of working agent, operation in compliance with parameters of temperature, and according to humidity of the premises, both - internal and external, and must provide for minimal consumption of electric power at partial load.

Seasonal efficiency of the system in winter period (SCOP) ≥ 4,90 Seasonal efficiency of the system in summer period (SEER) ≥ 8,00 External units must have vertical exhaust and frequency driven compressor, with anti-corrosion protection on heat exchange units.

Heat pumps must operate with environmentally friendly freons.

Operational range of heat pumps:
