Propane Service for Seba Delkai Boarding School

Contractor shall provide propane on an as needed basis for five (5) propane tank located at the Seba Delkai Boarding School (SDBS). Service location is located on the Navajo Indian Reservation at the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Arizona Navajo South Agency, Seba Dalkai Boarding School (SDBS), Winslow, Navajo County, Arizona.

SDBS has two (2) 2000 gallons tanks located Northeast of main school building 1407, Two (2) 1000 gallons located north of building 1363, one (1) 500 gallons located North of the fire station.

Total of five (5) tanks.

All work shall comply with State, and Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations per 49 C.F.R. (Code of Federal Regulations) Parts 191-195 and N.F.P.A. (National Fire Protection Agency) Standards. All work shall be done safely and professionally.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, storage, transportation, and supplies required to complete the following work:

1. Delivery of propane. Propane will be delivered on as needed basis to the Seba Delkai Boarding School.

2. Propane will be delivered to Government own tank at the designated tanks on campus.

3. Contractor shall monitor and provide the estimated refill as needed.

4. Designated point of contact, ______, Business Technician and/or _________, School Facility Supervisor will call when propane is needed. Delivery is expected within 48 hours of contractor being notified by Facility.

5. All work shall comply with State, and Federal Pipeline Safety Regulations per 49 C.F.R. (Code of Federal Regulations) Parts 191-195 and N.F.P.A. (National Fire Protection Agency) Standards.

CLEAN UP:

Any spills shall be cleaned up in accordance to EPA standards at the expense of the contractor.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

The hours of operation will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any work conducted outside of the scheduled operation time must be approved by the designated point of contact with ample notification.
