Scope of Work USDA-ARS c/o OSU Hatfield Marine Science Center 2030 SE Marine Science Drive Newport, OR 97365-5229

We require 4-band aerial orthoimagery to be captured of intertidal areas in Tillamook and Netarts bays during the spring/summer of 2022. Minimum requirements for these images include the following specifications:

· Captured from aircraft at an altitude of approx. 14,000 ft.

· Captured during extreme low tides at a minimum sun angle of 20° with no cloud cover

· Images must be 4-band, 32-bit, RGBir at a 0.25m pixel resolution

· Captured on a Vexcel UltraCam Falcon2

· Capability for go/no-go decision on acquisition flight to be made on short notice based on weather conditions

· Provision of control points via ground survey beforehand

**Longer completion date through Summer 2023 in case no suitable days to complete photography occur during Summer 2022. Project Overview: acquire new 4-band aerial photography at < 25cm GSD during low tide conditions. Cost assumes tide window is greater than 1-hour to allow single moblization of both sites. Perform aerial triangulation using AGPS/IMU. Rectify imagery using the best source of existing terrain data; update and edit where needed using stereo imagery. Option 2: Addition of 8 new survey control points to improve accuracy of final orthophotography.
