SCOPE OF WORK
Procurement of Two Utility Vehicles for Towing Ground Support Equipment
1. Objective:
Procure two (2) new utility vehicles (“shop gators”) for the ASBP MK Shop to support daily towing and transport of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) on the airfield and within the unit’s operational area.
2. Requirements:
• Commercially available, current production model utility vehicles.
• Minimum towing capacity: 1,500 lbs.
• Minimum payload capacity: 800 lbs (cargo bed).
• Automatic or hydrostatic transmission.
• Four-wheel hydraulic braking system.
• Heavy-duty suspension suitable for towing and uneven terrain.
• Equipped with tow hitch.
• All-weather seating and corrosion-resistant components.
• Cargo bed with removable tailgate.
3. Compliance:
• Must meet OSHA/ANSI safety standards for industrial/airfield utility vehicles.
4. Deliverables:
• Two fully assembled and operational utility vehicles.
• Manufacturer’s maintenance manual and parts catalog per unit.
• Standard 12-month warranty (extended warranty pricing optional).
