About this file
This is a Service Level Agreement (SLA) document for a Michigan state contract related to Investment Consulting Services (RFP No. 260000002293). The agreement establishes performance standards and accountability measures that the contractor must maintain throughout the contract term. The contractor is required to attend meetings as specified in the Statement of Work, including monthly meetings and up to four SMIB meetings annually, with 100% compliance expected. Additionally, the contractor must deliver required reports on schedule, including monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions, also with a 100% compliance standard. The State reserves the right to reconsider or amend SLA amounts in the event of split awards.
The SLA includes service credit penalties for non-compliance with the established performance standards. Failure to attend required meetings or deliver reports on time will result in a 1% credit applied to the total value of the monthly invoice for the month in which the failure occurred. The Program Manager may waive credits if extenuating circumstances are communicated prior to the scheduled meeting or report due date and are deemed acceptable upon review. Service credits may be applied by the State either as offsets against future payments due to the contractor or as direct payments to the State, with any direct payments required to be completed within 10 days of notice of assessment.
