About this file

This is a pricing matrix (Schedule B) for the State of Michigan's Request for Proposal (RFP) #180000002055 for site preparation and mulching services at the Tree Improvement Center. The scope involves clearing and mulching work across approximately 29 total acres, divided into two distinct areas: 18 acres containing felled trees and standing brush without timber removed, and 11 acres containing standing timber and brush.

The pricing structure requires bidders to submit per-acre costs for both types of areas, with the total project cost being the sum of these components. The pricing must include all costs, including any one-time charges, fees, setup costs, and potential additional expenses such as shipping and handling. Quick payment terms are encouraged, with bidders able to offer discounts for prompt payment. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to available funding. The State reserves the right to reduce the scope of work and corresponding payment, and the project is noted as not requiring Prevailing Wage Rates.
