About this file
This is a Pricing Matrix Schedule B for a Request for Proposal issued by the State of Michigan (RFP 180000002476) for Site Preparation and Mulching services at the Tree Improvement Center. The project involves the removal of felled trees and standing brush without timber removal across approximately 18 acres. Contractors must submit pricing matrices in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to also provide non-modifiable formats like PDF. Failure to complete the pricing matrix as requested may result in proposal disqualification. Award of the contract will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, provided the figure does not exceed available funding.
Price proposals must include all costs associated with the work, including one-time or set-up charges, fees, shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, and palletizing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms by specifying a discount percentage off the invoice if paid within a stated number of days after invoice receipt, excluding processing time. Contractors must certify that pricing was developed independently without consultation or agreement with other bidders. The project does not require prevailing wage rates, and the State reserves the right to decrease the scope of work and corresponding payment if necessary. Pricing should be submitted on a cost-per-acre basis with a total project cost calculation.
