About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing Matrix document from the State of Michigan for RFP #180000002476, concerning site preparation and mulching services at the Tree Improvement Center. The project involves work on approximately 18 acres for felled trees and standing brush without timber removal.

The pricing requirements specify that contractors must submit their pricing matrix through the Buy4Michigan website in both modifiable and non-modifiable formats. All costs must be included, such as one-time charges, set-up fees, shipping, handling, and any other potential costs. Quick payment terms are encouraged, with contractors able to offer discounts for prompt payment. The total project cost will be based on a per-acre rate, with award going to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to available funding. The State reserves the right to decrease the scope of work and corresponding payment, and the project does not require prevailing wage rates.
