About this file

This is a pricing schedule submitted for the State of Michigan Request for Proposal No. 210000000198 for Radar and Lidar Speed Measurement Equipment. The RFP requests three categories of speed measurement devices: radar speed measurement devices for in-car use with three-window display and multi-piece configuration supporting moving and stationary modes with an estimated three-year quantity of 500 units; hand-held single-piece radar devices supporting moving and stationary modes with an estimated three-year quantity of 86 units; and hand-held lidar devices with stationary mode only and heads-up display functionality with an estimated three-year quantity of 156 units. Bidders must provide complete pricing information including manufacturer details, model numbers, frequency bands (K or Ka), and unit prices for each proposed product line.

Pricing submissions must include all costs associated with the contract, including one-time charges, setup fees, shipping, handling, and per-unit pricing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms with specified percentages and payment windows. The pricing schedule requires bidders to identify available options such as replacement antennas, hard cases, tripods, batteries, and interface kits, as well as extended warranty pricing for years four and five. For all other parts and accessories, bidders must provide a discount percentage off the manufacturer's list price along with the delivery timeframe in calendar days after order receipt. All prices must be firm for the entire contract duration, and bidders must certify that prices were developed independently without consultation with other contractors.
