The Department intends to acquire one aerial lift unit to be used within the Cadillac District for tree work in campgrounds, trails, and boating access sites. The equipment specifications require a model year between 2018 and 2025 with fewer than 1,500 operating hours, a straight boom style, wheeled or track drive system, current annual inspection completed within 30 days prior to sale, and a condition rating of very good to excellent. The lift must include a 120V basket option. Delivery is expected within 14 calendar days upon issuance of a purchase order to DNR Parks & Recreation Division at 2468 W 24th Street, Baldwin, Michigan 49304.

Pricing for this contract is firm for the entire length of the agreement, as this constitutes a one-time purchase only. Award of contract shall be based on the lowest bid received from a responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications; if no such bid is received, the lowest bid from a responsive and responsible bidder that most nearly meets the published specifications will be considered. The State will conduct inspection and testing of the aerial lift prior to acceptance. All invoices must include date, purchase order number, quantity, activity description, unit price, shipping costs, vendor invoice number, and total price. Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). The contractor must provide detailed information regarding any included warranties, warranty reporting procedures, repair timelines, recall requirements, quality assurance programs, and special incentives or services such as return policies or trade-in programs.
