About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for the Tactical Data Networks Lab Tech Refresh project for AFLCMC/C3NE at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, seeking the procurement of three specialized satellite simulator/emulator hardware types. The required equipment includes: 1) a multichannel UHF MUOS satellite simulator capable of supporting up to 4 simultaneous call service legs, operating in specific UHF frequencies, and featuring web-based interface and GPS input; 2) a multichannel UHF DAMA/IW satellite simulator with 1-4 UHF SATCOM channels, supporting multiple operating modes and frequencies, and interoperable with various cryptographic systems; and 3) a GPS satellite emulator with advanced simulation capabilities including 1000 Hz iteration rate, jamming/spoofing features, real-time GNSS environment emulation, and ability to simulate multiple GPS and GLONASS systems.

The delivery location is AFLCMC/C3NE at 15 Eglin Rd Bldg. 1607 at Hanscom AFB, with primary contact Louis Hegger and secondary contact Greg Hiller. The vendor shall provide all documentation, ensure damage-free shipping, and proactively address any delivery issues. The SOW specifies that TDN Lab personnel will handle installation and assembly. Equipment training is desired for all three simulator types. The contractor is required to notify the TDN Lab Manager at the time of shipping, and the delivery shall be made on a best-effort basis with at least 5 days' prior notification to the government ordering representative.
