About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Learning Tree International Special Training Vouchers to support NASA's Leadership Experience Program (LEP).

The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer seeks to procure 96 training vouchers from Learning Tree International to support 48 NASA GS-14 and GS-15 employees (two vouchers per participant). The Duke CE Advanced Leadership Program is a proprietary curriculum exclusively delivered by Learning Tree International, designed specifically for senior-level leaders and not available through alternative providers. Deliverables include provision of vouchers allowing individual enrollment in 1-, 2-, and 3-day publicly scheduled leadership courses; guaranteed access to the proprietary Duke CE Advanced Leadership Program; specific curriculum modules titled "Translating Strategy into Results" and "Navigating Increasing Complexity"; digital course materials and workbooks provided prior to course commencement; and dedicated administrative and logistics support for voucher redemption and course registration assistance. The contractor must provide monthly attendance and voucher utilization status reports to NASA's designated point of contact. Training will be delivered primarily through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) via the contractor's technology platform, with optional in-person training available at contractor facilities at participants' discretion; all travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for in-person attendance are the sole responsibility of participants' respective NASA Centers and are not reimbursable under the contract. The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award. The SOW includes requirements for contractor disclosure of Super Intelligence (SI) technology use during contract performance and additional requirements if acquiring covered SI systems or services as defined in OMB memo M-25-22.
