About this file
This is a Statement of Work for Vision Technologies Installation Services at NASA Kennedy Space Center. Vision Technologies is required to design, procure, and install a Donor Signal Cellular Distributed Antenna System (DAS) supporting LTE and NR services to provide cellular coverage to the NASA KSC K6 B2496 building located at State Road 40, Merritt Island, Florida. The contractor must include all materials, project management, and engineering services for the design phase, with the understanding that cabling and antenna installation will be provided by others.
Vision's scope includes delivering submittal drawings for approval, antenna placement locations, testing methodology and results, procuring all DAS-related materials, installing the head end and active equipment, configuring and testing the system with live signal verification, and performing system commissioning and commissioning testing. Upon system activation, Vision will monitor operations to ensure proper functioning and balance, then conduct final verification testing and validation surveys. Close-out documentation must include system as-built information with equipment locations, system test results, firmware revisions and configuration with equipment serial numbers, coverage documentation, and warranty documentation. The period of performance is 30 days after receipt of order (ARO), with performance to be completed at NASA Kennedy Space Center, K6 B2496, with James Bjornbak identified as the point of contact.

STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements
NASA Kennedy Space Center has a requirement for the Vision Technologies Installation Services; the specifics are listed below.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
Description Qty Donor Signal Cellular DAS supporting LTE and NR services*
- includes materials, project management and engineering services to provide cellular coverage to the NASA KSC K6 B2496 building.
Vision will provide a design to provide coverage to the specified area mentioned above of the NASA KSC K6 B2496 building in accordance with industry requirements and standards.
2. The deliverables will include submittal drawings for approval, antenna placement locations, testing methodology and results as outlined in the requirements.
3. Vision will procure all DAS-related materials and install the head end/active equipment. This proposal assumes that the cabling and antenna installation will be provided by others.
4. Upon completion of the system installation, Vision will configure and test the system for proper operation. Vision engineers will perform the system commissioning. Vision will perform system testing to ensure the DAS is functioning properly with a live signal. After system activation, Vision will monitor the system for some time and ensure the system is properly operating and properly balanced.
Once system is in normal operation, Vision will conduct a final verification testing and perform a validation survey.
Vision’s close-out documentation will include:
-System as-built information-equipment locations -System test results -Firmware revisions and configuration, equipment serial numbers -Documentation of coverage.
-Warranty Documentation
3. Place of Performance
