Statement of Work Summary: Eddy Current Array Instrument (Reddy)
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of a complete portable Eddy Current Array (ECA) nondestructive evaluation (NDE) system to support NASA materials and component inspection activities. The Government requires one Eddyfi Technologies Reddy Portable Surface ECA Instrument System capable of supporting efficient surface inspection, data acquisition, and analysis in both laboratory and field environments. The delivered system must include a 128-channel ECA capability with a portable instrument featuring an integrated multi-touch display, compatible inspection probes with required probe interfaces, integrated software for data acquisition and visualization, automatic probe recognition/configuration, rechargeable batteries with power supply/charger, rugged carrying case, all standard cables and connectors, manufacturer's operating manuals, and manufacturer's standard warranty and technical support. The system shall be new, complete, operational, and fully compliant with the manufacturer's published specifications.
The anticipated delivery timeline is approximately 90 days after receipt of order, subject to final vendor quotation and resulting contract terms. Quality assurance requirements mandate that the Contractor verify the equipment is complete, free of defects or shipping damage, and operational prior to shipment, with any defective or nonconforming items to be repaired or replaced per warranty and contractual requirements. Government inspection and acceptance procedures will verify equipment delivery, proper operation, functional ECA data acquisition and analysis capabilities, inclusion of all required components, and conformance to contract requirements. No classified information, security clearance, or Government-furnished property is anticipated. The SOW references applicable NASA NDE requirements, NASA quality assurance requirements, Federal and NASA acquisition requirements, and manufacturer specifications as governing documents.
