Statement of Work

1. Objective/Requirements

One Intalight DREAM VG200D Swept Source Complete System is required to collect Optical Coherence Tomography data on astronauts including Artemis astronauts.

2. Characteristics, Scope, Specs

The vendor shall:

(A) Provide the following items as described in Intalight quote:

a. Intalight DREAM VG200D Swept Source Complete System

b. Review stations

c. 2-year warranty

(B) Provide the following services:

a. Delivery

b. Installation

c. Training

(C) Deliver to NASA Johnson Space Center ATTN: Tyson Brunstetter/ Jennyffer Smith B21 Cardiovascular and Vision Laboratory Room 1225

3. Place of Performance

Intalight, San Jose, CA and NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX

4. Period of Performance

Shipping/Delivery of Test Stand and accessories: Upon receipt of Purchase request

Installation and Training: After Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval

Allows exchanging from 200kHz for a 400kHz version.
