STATEMENT OF WORK
Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Supply Order Requiring Office: NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), ER64
1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
The purpose of this Statement of Work is to define the exact vendor requirements for supplying and delivering advanced high-speed digital imaging equipment to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Marshall Space Flight Center. This equipment suite will be utilized in the Nuclear Thermal Rocket Element Environmental Simulator (NTREES) resulting in establishing rigorous in-situ, non-destructive examination processes for articles being tested in this facility.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor/Vendor shall provide all necessary personnel, manufacturing materials, services, and technical management processes to deliver the complete, commercial hardware suite and technical warranties outlined below.

Shipping Method: Deliveries shall be executed strictly under FOB Destination protocols. The vendor retains risk of loss or damage until formal delivery.

Condition: All equipment must arrive factory-new, fully assembled, tested, and ready for immediate network integration.
