The contractor shall execute a build-to-print effort based on previous Aerothreads order 1161, which serves as the design baseline.

The contractor's responsibilities include holding a System Requirements Review (SRR) and Test Critical Design Review (CDR), conducting flight testing of the blankets, and delivering and installing the completed blankets. Performance will be executed at the Aerothreads facility in Riverdale, Maryland, with all build and testing activities to be completed by October 30, 2027, commencing from contract award.
