STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements

Logistics has procured a specific charging station model manufactured and supported exclusively by Apollo Sunguard. This system requires annual warranty coverage to ensure continued performance, compatibility, and operational reliability.

In addition to the warranty services, the system relies on two Apollo Sunguard–provided cloud components:

• A proprietary cloud service specific to the Apollo Sunguard charging station hardware and software ecosystem

• A commercial cloud plan provided solely through Apollo Sunguard to enable data storage, remote monitoring, diagnostics, firmware deployment, analytics, and system management features

These cloud components are essential to maintain system functionality, security, performance, and lifecycle support.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

• The requirement also includes 1 year of ChargePoint Assure coverage for CP6000 stations, which provides the necessary parts and labor warranty, remote technical support, and on-site repairs when needed to keep the stations operational.

The service includes unlimited configuration changes and reporting features that support ongoing monitoring and system adjustments.

Because ChargePoint Assure is tied to the specific technical and software environment of the CP6000, it is required to maintain proper functionality and support.
