About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the LCRD Sasken BCH Encoder/Decoder Renewal at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
The contractor is required to deliver one BCH Encoder and Decoder IP (Intellectual Property) unit with the following deliverables: Verilog source code of the IP, test benches developed in Verilog, and an IP integration document. No technical support is included. The license type is a Single Project Source Code License valid for three years, granting the licensee rights to a single use of the contractor's IP for implementation in one FPGA-based hardware system. The licensee system must be specifically identified in the quotation and purchase order. Any use of the IP in a new or different licensee system with altered functionality, timing, electrical, or power specifications is considered reuse and requires a separate re-use license purchase. However, using the IP in a revised version of the same licensee system for bug fixes or error corrections does not constitute reuse. The place of performance is NASA Goddard Labs under the Technology Enterprise and Mission Pathfinder Office (TEMPO) Code 450.2, Exploration and Space Communications (ESC) Projects Division. The period of performance runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
