About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for NASA Langley Research Center's procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts for the 155L38 Axi compressor (Machine Reference 20925) used at the Transonic Dynamics Tunnel facility. The contractor shall manufacture, supply, and deliver five specific items: one gauge for oil level (Material Y23-048-001), one mechanical seal (Material 5561LR01001), two mechanical seals (Material 5561LR02001), two O-rings (Material 002-305-267), and two taper pins for timing gear (Material Y23-040-001). All parts must be compatible with the existing DR20925CL TCP - Axi L Line & H Line model 155L38 and packaged securely to prevent transit damage to NASA Langley Research Center located at 7 E Reid Street, Hampton, Virginia 23681.
The target delivery timeframe is two working weeks after receipt of order (ARO), though the government acknowledges that standard manufacturing lead times vary and extended delivery periods are acceptable, with up to 33 working weeks permitted for Item 30 and up to 15 weeks for other items. Partial shipments are permitted if items become available at different times. The contractor must comply with all applicable national and international export control regulations as noted in the referenced quotation number 20502949. The SOW does not specify pricing terms, response dates, award dates, or set-asides.
