About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the 63rd Annual AAS Goddard Space Science Symposium, a two-day event scheduled for March 12-13, 2026, at the National Housing Center in Washington, DC, with optional online attendance. The symposium will convene leaders from government, industry, academia, and entrepreneurial sectors, with participation from NASA officials at Headquarters and Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).

The event features a full agenda of panel discussions, keynote presentations, and networking opportunities across both days. Thursday's program includes sessions on next-generation capabilities, joint-use solutions across the space enterprise, Moon-to-Mars navigation and communication, space policy, commercial space solutions, and science and exploration initiatives, with meals and networking breaks interspersed throughout the day. Friday's agenda covers congressional perspectives ("A View from the Hill"), space weather discussion, space science's relationship to the economy and national security, and a leaders' discussion luncheon. The SOW identifies the scope and schedule but does not specify contractor deliverables, pricing terms, response dates, or award information.
