• Name and address of manufacturing or processing location

• Manufacturer’s lot, date code

• Quantity and unit of measurement (each, box, case, gallons, etc.)

• Be signed and dated by an official of the company

3.0 Delivery

The vendor shall include in their quotation the cost of delivering (packaging materials, shipping costs etc) all parts to NASA/JSC as listed in this document. A DD-250 or DD-1149 is not required for delivery under this contract.

4.0 Period of Performance

NASA is estimating a period of performance for Section 1.0 deliverables of this document to be complete 30 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).

5.0 Safety Requirements

The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local codes and standards applicable to work performed on this contract.

6.0 Shipping, Preservation, and Packaging Requirements

The Contractor shall package and ship the items in accordance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
