Overview

This statement of work (SOW) specifies the deliverables that shall be provided by the Contractor in supplying the parts and services of interest in support of the automated fiber placement (AFP) system at

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.

Deliverables

Replacement and Spare Parts

1. Replacement PC for AFP operator station

• To be rack mounted

• To include enclosure

2. Spare PC for AFP operator station

3. Spare parts for AFP system

• 3672-42-0007 brake assembly (quantity: 1)

• Tailstock crank handle (quantity: 1)

• Lubrication grease

F01 (quantity: 2)

F03 (quantity: 2)

• Electrical connector gaskets for AFP heads (quantity: 8)

Services

1. Site visit to integrate replacement PC

2. Preventative maintenance on AFP system for 2026

3. Preventative maintenance on AFP system for 2027
