STATEMENT OF WORK FOR NSI-1 Faraday Caps

1.0 Scope

The Contractor shall provide 5000 Faraday Cap Assemblies P/N SEB26100060 units. The contractor shall include transportation cost to NASA Johnson Space Center at the address listed below.

This Statement of work will cover parts:

2.0 Data Deliverables

1. Certificate of Compliance (C of C) -

Supplier shall provide a certification with each shipment to attest that the parts, assemblies, subassemblies, or detail parts conform to the Order requirements. When applicable, the true manufacturers, lot, batch, date code, and/or serial number must appear on the certification.

Certification must contain the following:

• Customer’s Order number

• Product name

• Part number

• Name and address of manufacturing or processing location

• Manufacturer’s lot, date code

• Quantity and unit of measurement (each, box, case, gallons, etc.)

• Be signed and dated by an official of the company

3.0 First Article Inspection

The vendor shall deliver a first article inspection unit to NASA/JSC for dimensional inspection prior to proceeding with the fabrication of any additional deliverable units. NASA/JSC estimates it will inspect the first article unit within 2 weeks for estimated schedule delivery.

4.0 Period of Performance

NASA is estimating a period of performance for Section 1.0 deliverables of this document to be complete 8-58 weeks after ATP.

5.0 Safety Requirements

The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local codes and standards applicable to work performed on this contract.

7.0 Shipping, Preservation, and Packaging Requirements

The Contractor shall package and ship the items in accordance with applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. The costs of shipping and transportation to NASA/JSC shall be included in the proposal costs.
