About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA's partnership with The National GEM Consortium for 2025 MUREP GEM Fellowships, covering Masters and Ph.D. fellowship contributions and sponsorship. The procurement supports eleven total fellowship packages: three Master's and eight Ph.D. fellowships, with ten funded through NASA's Minority University Research and Education Project (MUREP) and one through NASA Center funding. The partnership aims to provide graduate-level students opportunities in engineering, science, research and development, and technical careers, with a specific focus on supporting Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and enhancing STEM engagement objectives.

The fellowship sponsorship encompasses stipends, tuition, and administration fees, funded by NASA MUREP HQ Office of STEM Engagement and NASA Center Funding. The National GEM Consortium was selected for providing exceptional services aligned with NASA's mission of developing the next generation workforce. By supporting these fellowships, NASA seeks to offer robust academic and professional development opportunities that contribute to broader STEM engagement goals, specifically targeting graduate-level learning at minority-serving academic institutions.
