About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA's requirement for an Intensified Charge Coupled Device (ICCD) for a 266 nm Spatial Heterodyne Raman Spectrometer System being built in Code 693. The vendor must supply an ICCD with specific technical specifications, including a 1024 x 1024, 13 µm pixel format, 14-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter, 0.9 frames/second frame rate, low read noise (< 18 electrons at 1 MHz), minimal dark current (< 5 electrons/pixel/second at -10°C), and a Gen II high quantum efficiency ultraviolet intensifier. Additional required features include a minimum 10 nanosecond optical gate, gate pulse delay and width capabilities from 0 ns to 1 ms in 5 ns steps, and a thermoelectric cooler.

The performance will be completed at 78 Eastern Blvd, Glastonbury, CT 06033, with a contract duration of 8-10 weeks from the purchase request award. The solicitation (80NSSC25902351Q) is issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center, seeking a specialized imaging device for scientific research purposes with precise technical requirements tailored to the specific needs of the Raman Spectrometer System project.
