About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for the renewal of maintenance and support licensing for VA One software at NASA's Glenn Research Center (GRC), previously procured under PO#80NSSC24PA493. The procurement requires three components: 1) A VA-One Flex Package (VAO-ALL-BAS) with 24 tokens and standard support including GUI Core, core solvers, and advanced FEM solvers; 2) VA-One Add Tokens (VAO-ALL-TOK) package with 77 tokens for expanded usage of advanced modules; and 3) VA-One Add GUI User (VAO-ALL-GUI) with standard support.

The period of performance is April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, with work to be performed at John H. The procurement requires an authorized reseller, and all terms and conditions must be included in documentation from bidders. This is noted as a sole source requirement in the contract opportunity details.
