About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines requirements for manufacturing the Fixture, 10 CC bomb assembly (SEB26100021-205) for NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC), which is used in qualification testing of the NASA Standard Initiator to measure pressure versus time curves.

The contractor must manufacture 35 units of SEB26100021-007 and 30 units of SEB26100021-008, with delivery required within 12 weeks after receipt of order. Key requirements include: contractor-supplied raw materials from a single heat lot with single heat treatment, maintaining traceability throughout manufacturing, compliance with NASA drawing SEB26100021 Rev H specifications, and meeting SKH26152127 Rev D supplier requirements. NASA-JSC will provide thread gages and perform certain tasks including impression stamping and volumetric checks. The contractor must individually package all hardware to prevent damage during shipping, provide all relevant documentation and certifications, and deliver to NASA JSC in Houston, TX. No first article units are required.
