About this file
This Statement of Work outlines NASA Search & Rescue Office's requirements for five (5) UT24CP1008RBLA CertusPro-NX-RT Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) for use in low-cost, space-rated, radiation-tolerant search and rescue receiver and beacon transmitter research and development.
The FPGAs must meet specific technical requirements including 19mm x 19mm chip dimensions, 0.8mm ball pitch, 484 lead plastic ball grid array, speed grade of 8, 96k logic cells, radiation hardness of 100 krad(Si), and operational temperature range of -30°C to +70°C with space/automotive level temperature screening from -40°C to +125°C. The items will be commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) components for use at NASA Goddard Spaceflight Center (GSFC), with the period of performance spanning from purchase placement through receipt.
