About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an automated dicing saw required by NASA's Glenn Research Center (GRC) for semiconductor processing applications. The SOW specifies technical requirements for the dicing saw, including size, speed, accuracy, and advanced features such as an automated vision system, blade wear monitoring, and integrated cooling and filtration. The related federal contract opportunity is for the acquisition of this automated dicing saw, to be awarded on a sole-source basis to Advanced Dicing Technologies Inc. under FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The procurement has an estimated period of performance of 8-12 weeks, and interested organizations may submit their capabilities by September 4, 2024 for the government's consideration of a potential competitive solicitation.
