About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for NASA's participation in the 2024 Great Minds in STEM (GMiS) Conference. The SOW outlines NASA's requirements, including a sponsorship package that provides 14 full conference registrations, a career fair exhibit booth, interview booths, speed networking tables, and opportunities to present and showcase the agency's logo and branding. In addition to recruiting interns, NASA plans to share information about its education programs, employment opportunities, and encourage STEM careers. The related federal contract opportunity is a sole source procurement for the GMiS Conference support, with Great Minds in STEM as the sole provider. The procurement will use FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures, and interested organizations may submit their capabilities by the specified response date. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center is the procuring agency for this effort.
