About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of C103 powder for the MSFC RAAMBO Project. The key requirements are:
The C103 powder must be spherical in morphology with a particle size distribution of 15-53 μm and a composition of Nb-10Hf-1Ti with maximum limits on carbon (20 ppm), nitrogen (100 ppm), and oxygen (250 ppm). The estimated lead time for delivery is 4-6 weeks after award. The powder is to be delivered to MSFC Building 4602, Room 1183. A powder chemistry certificate is required as part of the requirement documentation.
The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation Number 80NSSC24878728Q, titled "C103 L-PBF Powder Procurement", issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center. The solicitation is seeking quotes for the C103 powder described in the SOW.
