About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity to create a set of four Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) air taxi models for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Armstrong Flight Research Center.
The SOW outlines the background, objectives, requirements, deliverables, period of performance, and other considerations for this contract. NASA's objective is to use the models at outreach and public engagement events to educate the public on the benefits of unmanned aircraft and the future of AAM. Pacmin Studios is identified as the sole source provider to create the four models: a quadrotor, tiltwing, multi tiltrotor, and lift + cruise aircraft. The models will be delivered within 8-12 weeks of receiving NASA's signature, supply and approval, and the required deposit. No travel is required, and there are no other special requirements. The related federal contract opportunity is a sole source notice to acquire these commercial items and services under FAR Parts 12 and 13.
