About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an ultraviolet (UV) laser and mass flow controller (MFC) upgrade to be integrated into a Dry Multimaterial Printer. The key requirements are:

  1. Integrate a 5W UV laser into the Dry Multimaterial Printer to enable either the UV or existing infrared (IR) laser to be used for sintering nanoparticles. The UV laser integration includes software integration for automatic control, required optics and optical path upgrade, delivery, installation, and operation verification.

  2. Integrate an additional 2000 SCCM oxygen MFC into the Dry Multimaterial Printer, including software integration for automatic control, delivery, installation, and operation verification.

The SOW specifies the UV laser and MFC must be integrated into the Dry Multimaterial Printer prior to its delivery, which is due by 10/11/24. The period of performance for this upgrade is from contract signing until equipment delivery, up to a maximum of 5 months.
