STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements Replace minimum plus transducers, probes and high limit controllers for Tenney (SN
399) SquareD in building 1238. This system has been showing signs of unstable readings.
The work on the Tenney autoclave shall address the replacement of minimum plus transducers, probes and high limit controllers for Tenney (SN 399) SquareD on the system. This includes labor support to include PLC programming, materials procurement, drawings, removing old SquareD, installing new PLC, HMI, transducers, probes and controller, cabinet wiring, calibration, verify I/O, testing, tuning and acceptance.
After completion of this work, the Tenney autoclave will have functioning components, thus eliminating erratic T/C response. The new components will help ensure adequate vacuum on all channels and accurate readings on T/C channels.
The information listed below is required to complete this purchase.
