About this file

This statement of work outlines the requirements for Swagelok parts and assembled panels for gas delivery systems within the Measurement Systems Lab at NASA Langley Research Center. The statement specifies various stainless steel tubing, fittings, manifolds, valves and other hardware components that must meet technical specifications for compatibility with existing gas cabinets and pressurized lines. Key deliverables include two DIBERT panels by January 2024 to service various inert and reactive gases, as well as over 600 feet of tubing, over 200 fittings, five valves and other items. The related federal contract solicitation is for these Swagelok parts and assembled panels with a delivery date in January 2024 to Neil Rodrigues at NASA Langley Research Center for use within building B2104. The opportunity was issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center as a special notice.

4200845905 Statement of Work

1. Objective/Requirements:

Swagelok parts and assembled panels for several different gas delivery systems for use within the Measurement Systems Lab. The requested parts and panels must be compatible with existing hardware that service four different gas cabinets (two with toxic gasses and two with flammable gasses) and several different pressurized lines featuring inert gasses and oxidizers. All parts must be to specification (including physical size, fittings, manifolds, valves, material, surface finish, purity, cleanliness, etc.). These hardware components will be used to interface with complex existing infrastructure in the laboratory, as a result the requirement to follow specification is significant.
