About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for the supply of alloy GRX-810 powder for additive manufacturing. The supplier shall provide approximately 1,000 pounds of -325 mesh alloy powder within specified chemistry ranges for aluminum, carbon, chromium, cobalt, niobium, nickel, oxygen, rhenium, titanium, and tungsten. The powder must flow through a Hall Flow Funnel and be shipped to NASA Glenn Research Center along with material certifications including full chemistry analysis, sieve distribution testing results, and Hall flow test results.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice solicitation from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center seeking approximately 1,000 pounds of NASA alloy GRX-810 powder for laser powder bed fusion in cut particle sizes between 10 and 45 micrometers.
