1.0 Introduction

Goddard Space Flight Center requires twenty (20) flight quality glass capillary leak assemblies manufactured by Collimated Holes. These leaks shall come in two sizes, with ten (10) in the 13 um size and ten (10) in the 4 um size. They are the same operating and performance features of the leaks used on the MSL/SAM and MAVEN flight projects.

5.0 Leak Development and Manufacturing Plan

5.1 The leaks shall be designed to be bonded into a GSFC provide housing.

5.2 An acceptance test will be made at GSFC on each delivered leak and will consist of:

5.2.1 A visual inspection to ensure the sealing surfaces are free of scratches and all surfaces are clean and free of contamination.
